Sewa Mobil Korea is managed by PT. Online Tour Korea, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, based in Tangerang Regency (“We”) and is the Owner and Operator of the Site. The Site, modules, settings, and content on the Site are copyrighted material owned by PT. Online Tour Korea and/or third-party providers and distributors holding licenses from PT. Online Tour Korea.
2. Changes and/or Updates to Site Terms and Conditions
As Sewa Mobil Korea evolves, We may also make changes or updates to the Terms and Conditions on Our Site. The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect as soon as they are posted on this Site.

6. Cancellations
By making a booking through our Site, you agree that you understand, accept, and agree to the cancellation policies and terms from both Us and Third Parties providing services. If you make changes or cancellations to your order, you may incur both administrative fees and cancellation-related costs, which you will bear in full.
7. Closing
a. Any disputes and differences in interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the Parties through deliberation, and if consensus is not reached, the Parties agree to settle disputes in the Tangerang District Court.
