* If the hotel or pick-up point is on a narrow road that doesn't permit vehicle access, you will be dropped off or picked up at the nearest major road.
* Please be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby or meeting point at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. For hotels without parking or those on narrow roads, if you are late and cause the vehicle to be ticketed, any resulting fines will be your responsibility.
* Parking in Korea is very limited, so please inform the driver of your pickup time and location when drop off before entering the tourist spot, restaurant, shopping area, or other destinations.
* If you need to change the pickup time, please notify the driver at least 30 minutes in advance. Due to traffic congestion and surveillance cameras in many areas in Korea, waiting in prohibited zones can result in fines. If the car is ticketed due to your delay, the fine may be charged to you. (about USD 100/time)

* Make sure that you have entered the correct information, especially regarding the time and location of the pickup. Changes and delays can result in additional costs and problems that may disrupt your tour.
* Due to high overtime charges for using vehicles in Korea, it is best to request that the driver come to pick you up only when you are ready to leave. Similarly, when you have finished using the vehicle, you should inform the driver that the day's activities are complete, as waiting time can lead to unnecessary overtime costs.
* If you rent a vehicle for more than one day, you are required to inform the driver of the pick-up time for the following day.
* Parking fees in Korea can be very expensive. To help reduce these costs, users are encouraged to assist drivers by registering their vehicle numbers at hotels. Additionally, keep all shopping receipts, as they may be used to claim parking fees at shopping centers, tourist locations, restaurants, and other places.
