1. Reserve and purchase the desired option.

2. Check mobile vouchers or email vouchers included the QR code. 

 ※ A voucher will be sent after your booking is confirmed.

3. Please scan the QR code at the gate of Nami Island. 

1. You must use the ticket on the date of reservation. 

2. You can enter the venue with the QR code directly without changing the physical ticket.

3. Korean passport holders can not use this ticket and also can not enter the venue. 

4. A Group of pax must enter the venue at the same time. 

5. Operators will be requesting a copy of any document once you purchase the price of the child option. 

6. Cancellation and a refund are not refundable once you enter the venue. 

7. Please must visit the gate of immigration by 6 PM due to check the QR code. Please note that you can use the voucher after 6 PM. 

8. Operating hours of the facility may change depending on the weather due to safety. 

9. Able to purchase the discount ticket at the ticket office for those who have physically severe disabled (Holding Disability proof card) or are over 70 yrs old (Born in 1952 and hold ID card).
