Cancellation Policy for Car Rental Product

1. General Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility within our cancellation policy. The following terms apply to cancellations of car rental bookings made through our agency.

2. Cancellation Fees:

- Cancellations Less Than 5 Business Days Before the Rental Period:
  If you cancel your car rental reservation less than 5 business days* before the scheduled rental date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.

- Cancellations More Than 5 Business Days Before the Rental Period:
  If you cancel your car rental reservation more than 5 business days* before the scheduled rental date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental amount will be charged.

3. Refund Process:

- Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days after the cancellation request is received.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

4. Applicability:

- The above cancellation fees and policies apply only during the low season.
- During the high season or peak periods, different cancellation terms may apply, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

5. How to Cancel:

To cancel your car rental reservation, please contact our customer service team at korea@sewamobilkorea.com. Please provide your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation to facilitate the process.

6. Additional Information:

- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your reservation and do not cancel, the full rental amount may be charged.
- Amendments: If you wish to modify your reservation instead of canceling, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
